Articles Rank on Google’s First Page
A four-part approach that includes creating a content brief, deep research, quality content writing, and uploading.
Educart is a book publishing company loved by students for making learning fun. They share multiple series of books for all classes. They aim to provide high-quality content through their books and free resources. Educart books are sold in more than 20 states nationwide. 4124037+ students and 150000 teachers trust them.

At the time of my joining their blog was new and I made content strategies for blogs, news and expert analysis from scratch. They wanted to rank their blogs with other web pages to move traffic to product pages.
The Goal

They wanted to rank their blogs with other web pages to move traffic to product pages to increase conversions and revenue. Also, social media marketing needs to be unlocked for better results.

The Challenge

There’s no strategy to follow which makes it more difficult to start.
“Should we focus more on high-traffic topics with less conversion rate? Or should we focus on highly relevant keywork with less search traffic?”

Another challenge was not just writing – it was research, editing, social media graphics, publishing, and promotion.

Educart was running lean and wanted to fast-forward their content creation.
That’s where I help them.

I started by looking at where Educart stood compared to its competitors and conducted a TOWS analysis: Threats, Opportunities, Weaknesses, and Strengths (also known as a SWOT analysis).

A blog section was completely new, this meant content published on a website under the blog section that chances are lesser that it ranks on highly competitive keywords.
So I start writing on keywords on which competition is low so that content starts ranking on those keywords.
Educart is a publishing house which sells books with features that are not included in any other book available in the market (real-life examples related to all topics and answers of all MCQ options that why an option is right or wrong).

Through their research, I realized that Educart could rank for specific keywords such as books for question bank for class 10 and sample paper for class 12. The content was presented in a way that visitors will move to product pages which convert those visitors into customers.
Created a list of topics and keywords of potential target keywords. It makes content production easier. It gives all the information and context which is needed to produce high-quality, search-optimized content. I make sure that content was optimized and ready to publish with minimal edits, allowing the SEO team to continue running lean.
Results
In one year, Educart grew its organic blog traffic by 843%.

In addition to those target keywords, Educart also began ranking for additional hundreds of related and semantic keywords.
So, they save money each month to rank for those keywords and don’t have to pay for that traffic. Educart now has a replicable content strategy that targets keywords with high search volume and high purchase intent. They plan to apply that strategy as they expand their books to more students.
